i) We agree to hold as confidential the remarks of individuals knowing that all committee meeting minutes and recommendations will be published to the board and reviewed at each meeting.

Loomer discovered that students have the ability to change ROOT password fairly easily. We need to adjust image! Perhaps more granular control of things, cleaner administrative control of images. - DM

Discuss a uniform message to students about back-up procedures. Just saying "you really ought to" isn't getting through. If we required/provided hard drives to all kids, we could walk them through Time Machine. Perhaps a cloud solution?
